Subaru love! I have bought my 5th Subaru from here since 1980's. 3 were from Chase Parkway, the previous dealership. Now 2 more. My salesman AJ was professional & very knowledgeable. He answered most of my questions & found out what he didn' t know. About 2/3rds of my church have Subaru's & 1/2 came from Primier. Shows what a great job they are doing. The only thing I would like to see change is an upgrade to the sales room. It's kind a old looking, and definatly upgrade your computer system!!! I waited for hours , 5 to be exact while they messed with slow & stopping info being put into the computer to look for the right car, then complete the sale. This is unacceptable! All the people I felt with were great. More

John Risk went out of his way to get us the car we wanted. Three years ago we got our first Subaru from Premeir. John Risk was our sales man then and although we had a very small problem with the sale John made sure that it was taken care of immediately, so when it came time to get our new Subaru John was the sales man we went to see and this time everything went smoothly. I can't say enough about the dealership or it sales people. Everyone is professional and go out of their way to help you. We got our car in August when the 2017's were coming out so it was a little difficult to get the car we wanted in the exterior color with the interior color that we wanted. John went out of his way to try and locate one and he was able to find one out of state for us. In three years we will be getting another Subaru from John and Premeir Subaru. More

Kerry, Chris, and Kevin were wonderful and very accommodating. The service department is also very pleasant, professional, and courteous, right down to the mechanic (can't remember his name, but he has a ponytail...) who personally came over to discuss what was going on with the car. They treated me with respect and not like a crazy nuisance. More
