Unfortunately while buying my car my wife's own car had an issue and the battery died in the parking lot. Meanwhile my two year old son was not in the best of spirits either. Carmine and Rich at Subaru went above and beyond to make sure my family was taken care of and the car was fixed. They even stopped what they were doing to try and fix my wife's car and did not leave the dealership until they confirmed we were all set. Amazing New Car! My hubby and I just leased a 2017 Outback (former owner of one)....omg; it is like driving on a cloud, especially compared to my "old" one!!!---We lik My hubby and I just leased a 2017 Outback (former owner of one)....omg; it is like driving on a cloud, especially compared to my "old" one!!!---We liked the ease of getting a new vehicle form Premier, because of the staff; especially our Salesperson "Sarah", She wasn't pushy; and, she understood where we had to be in our payment; she had everything under control and a smooth transition!! Also, Eric the "tech guy" for showing us how to operate all the new gadgets inside, etc.--he was very knowledgeable/friendly on that! And, Sherry the Finance manager--with the "checkout process", was very organized and smooth. We had a minor issue with a sideview mirror, that Carmine the manager was quick to rectify, and order us a new one!! We will definitely recommend Premier to people, and will be going there again in future!! :) More
