He immediately welcomed us and our children. Our son played in one of the cars the whole time while Patrick didn't bat an eye when my daughter began to fuss. I felt very comfortable leasing my Subaru with Premier in Watertown. When we picked up the car, we forgot to give Patrick the extra keys for the car we were turning in. We left quickly because our children were getting fussy. Patrick was so great about it and had us come back at another time that was convenient for us. When I was able to make it back he sat with me and thoroughly explained all of the features. It felt nice to work with someone so patient and understanding. He also was able to text me information and work over email which is very helpful. We will definitely work with this dealership again. Carmine Valentino worked out the numbers for us and we felt very comfortable with his estimates. They were accurate and we weren't surprised at the time of our final purchase. He offered some great suggestions and we felt like he was someone we could trust. More
