Our agent, Sarah, patiently and knowledgeably endured our endless questions and even made sure we were aware of info that went beyond our requests. She was THE right representative to be the point person for Premiere Subaru for us. Every step in the process that followed was made easier and better because of Sarah's intro. Jerome then took the time to make sure we were ready to go forward. Which we were. Finance rep Sherry had everything ready when we returned for the signing; available options were carefully explained and final economics were laid out, removing the "buyer's fear" of the unsaid costs or surprise endings. As "mature" customers, we really appreciated Carlos' patient tutoring of all the bells and whistles that come with our new Crosstrek. There are things that come with this fabulous car that didn't with last new car (a 1972 Duster!). He went from stem to stern explaining the safety and comfort attributes. This dealership needs to be aware that they have some great employees, who took the worry and concern away for this VERY satisfied couple. - Thanks to all! More
