Happy to be back After 14 years driving our 2003 Subaru Forester, we had to admit it was time to purchase a new car. However, we weren't ready to trade in our old green Subaru. Having had great experiences over the years at Premier with service on our original Subaru, we didn't hesitate to return to purchase another vehicle. We totally enjoyed working with salesman Bob Talbot. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. Sherry Antoni had us laughing as we worked out the financing details, and Sales Manager Jeff Irzyk was also helpful in sealing the deal. It's only been a couple of days with the new Forester, but we love it already and plan to drive it--and bring it to Premier for service for at least 14 years! We would highly recommend Premier to anyone looking for an excellent experience (in fact, I did recommend them; I dropped Bob's card with the bank teller today). More

We made an apt and were greeted by Mike the business development manager who introduced us to Edwin our salesman. They told us they knew we were Consumer Reports customers and that they would honor the Consumer Reports buying service pricing. Edwin was very helpful, patient, personable and thoroughly reviewed the Outback features with us. We were able to buy our Outback that week and everything went smoothly. Thanks! More
Very pleased with the service at Subaru Premier Watertown I went to Subaru Watertown a couple weeks ago. At the time, I wasn't sure I wanted to buy a certified vehicle or lease a new one. Having lost my hus I went to Subaru Watertown a couple weeks ago. At the time, I wasn't sure I wanted to buy a certified vehicle or lease a new one. Having lost my husband recently, my daughter went with me. I expected to look around more, but looked at the Forester, Outback, and ultimately took a Crosstrek for a drive. Loved the feel of it and size, and decided to go ahead with a lease. The salesman, John Risk, was very helpful in answering all my questions. I took possession of the car yesterday...love it. Cherie didthe paperwork and was very pleasant. I, and my family, are very happy that I now have a very dependable vehicle. More

The salesman, Sal, was very friendly and helpful. He was never pushy, gave me lots of time to think and check out cars. When I decided the model, we went over options. He didn't try to push more expensive options on me. I got the car I wanted at a very fair price. Even if your sales person is great, sometimes when you're handed off to the finance person, they really push you for more add-ons. Joe, the finance manager, offered and explained some add-ons, but never tried to push anything on me. He was very personable. I enjoyed talking with him while the paperwork was being done. I am very pleased with my experience at Premier. More

The person John, that went on all the test drives was excellent and explained patiently the features of every vehicle.I have previously had the experience of buying a Nissan and it was so different from this very positive experience.
