Now I needed a car recently, walked in and Carmine directed me to a member of his staff, Pat. I am impressed with the way Carmines team, especially Pat, respond to what customers really want. Pat was extremely patient with me while deciding the right car I wanted. Never did I feel pressed to choose a model or options I did not need or want. Pat delivered input as invaluable information to me and let me decide what was best. Pat was also very personable, professional and added some levity to make a normally unpleasant experience an exciting one.
