Swift, Welcoming, Efficient, Easy First off, I kid you not: Michael Colagiovanni is perhaps the swiftest "replier" to emails I've encountered anywhere, for a General Manager (and some First off, I kid you not: Michael Colagiovanni is perhaps the swiftest "replier" to emails I've encountered anywhere, for a General Manager (and some of my clergy administrators and other corporate America "big-shots" should learn from him). Michael CONSISTENTLY replies to emails within 24 hours - just remarkable. Second, Michael's staff is as warm as he is - they all brighten the room with their smiles. Third, in speed, efficiency, accommodation and expertise, these folks do very well. This is my second purchase here and so long as I remain in town, I'll be back. Finally, our final point sales person, Carlos Batista (starting with Carmine Valentino via email) moved the process along seamlessly and swiftly, offering us all the information we needed to make the best decision we could with our budget. My last comment is about the facilities (inclusive of the service and waiting areas): these wonderful employees need an updated/upgraded facility that matches their output and personalities of brilliance. I've been to other Subaru facilities, and it is clear that this one needs some attention. I'm hoping it happens soon. But the service, attention, welcome, and pricing all easily make a customer overlook all of that; to make the adjustment in infrastructure would make Premier Subaru of Watertown the best in my book in all areas.
