Awesome experience. I went in on a Sunday and they were very busy so there wasn’t a salesman available at the time but the manager jumped in to help until they freed up. Premier Subaru Middlebury sets a high bar on how the transaction of buying a car should go. Madrid, Carlos, Gretchen and Gina were all phenomenal and a pleasure to do business with. No hidden agendas, no pressure. The dealership and it's inventory are immaculate. Cannot say the same about the Subaru dealer in Torrington. If you're looking for a Subaru, do yourself a favor and make Premier your first and only stop. More
