I did not get the warranty I paid for I purchased a used vehicle from Premier Nissan in 2012 with 38,000 miles on the vehicle. I paid 1795.00 for a warranty and was told that it was for 10 I purchased a used vehicle from Premier Nissan in 2012 with 38,000 miles on the vehicle. I paid 1795.00 for a warranty and was told that it was for 100,000 miles. In 2014 I had an issue with the vehicle. I had not received my warranty contract so had to request it. One of the papers had a forged signature and one had my initial that showed my warranty was for 60,000 mi. The Mgr was quite rude when this was brought to his attention, especially the fact that my signature was forged. I tried to contact the owner, Lonnie Cobb, thru the mail as well as several phone calls without any results. Very poor business. I would not recommend this Dealership More

I had had more than one bad experience at some other dealerships and was refered by a friend the next time I was in the market for a new car I should visit Premier Nissan. I must say it was a pleasant experience even though I had a small problem later. The reason I bought was the courtesy afforded me when buying. Everyone was upfront with me, answered all my questions, and I felt I received a good deal. After the sale General Manager Terry Yarbrough came out of his office and thanked me for my business. Never had that happen before! Later I had a problem with cold starting. The service department seemed genuinely concerned and loaned me a vehicle so they could check on it. I was called and told my vehicle was ready the next day and told they were sorry for my inconvience. The car starts and runs great now and I have found a dealer home. Thanks, Premier. More
