First let me say that the service advisor Don was a very knowledgeable and helpful individual but unfortunately my car was supposed to be ready within 2 to 3 days I didn’t get my car back for 17 days becaus knowledgeable and helpful individual but unfortunately my car was supposed to be ready within 2 to 3 days I didn’t get my car back for 17 days because the part was on back order so I was without a car for that length of time if I did not call the center no one would have called me so I think that was a little bit unprofessional and even though I did not have a extended warranty I still think somethings should’ve been offered in terms of a rental car at a discounted rate or something but 17 days More
