I had recently been in a wreck and was in need of a replacement vehicle ASAP. Not only did Ray Brandt Nissan have plenty to choose from, unlike many others, they were also accommodating to my situation replacement vehicle ASAP. Buying my car was pretty simple. The worst part is the waiting, but that's to be expected no matter what. But that's where our salesman, Chase, came in. He kept my roommate and I entertained and looked after for our entire visit. He even gave me his personal number in case I had questions outside of work hours. I can't say enough good things about him. More

Normally I have no problem with getting my vehicle service at Nissan. On this last service my husband told the representative that we wanted synthetic oil change, but he didn’t relay the information t service at Nissan. Well first off I want to say that they did fix the initial problem that I came in for which was transmission. However there were some other issues. First I was told that they only did first come, first serve, even though on the website, you can schedule an appointment. I was told that they were suppose to block that off, but that option is still up there today. So I dropped off the car at around 9 am, but nobody actually looked at my car until I actually called myself at around 2 pm. Then it took a week and a half to actually rebuild my transmission, but nobody started work on my car until that next Monday. Now that I have my car back, I still have to bring it in to get maintenance because something still feels wrong with my car. Plus, my rear view mirror broke off. So they fixed the problem, but more problems arose. More
