I believe my battery was the issue from jump in the issues that I had experience but after I was charged over $800.00 for a part in my transmission that didn’t correct the problem, it led me back to t issues that I had experience but after I was charged over $800.00 for a part in my transmission that didn’t correct the problem, it led me back to the dealership only for a new battery replacement that took care of the issue. I believe my vehicle was misdiagnosed and I had to spend extra unnecessary money. I was appreciative of them taking care of my battery to finally resolve the problem by far. More
The service technician was able to complete almost everything I brought my car in for; replacing the battery and an oil change. However, when I requested that the rod to hold my hood up be replaced, everything I brought my car in for; replacing the battery and an oil change. However, when I requested that the rod to hold my hood up be replaced, the service person was flip with me. My car would not start Friday evening. Saturday morning I lifted the hood to see what the problem was. I noticed there was nothing to whole the hood up. I had never seen the insdie of what is under the hood until, for the first time Saturday, August 13th. My car has only been serviced by Ray Brandt Nissan. If the bar was missing, it happened in that service department. The service tech insisted that I had been told that the bar needed replacement. In all of my service visist, I was never told that the bar was missing. I told him if I had, I would have insisted at those other times, the Ray Brandt replace it, because, they are the only ones that service my car and if it disappeared, they did it. I asked him to get the Service Manager on the phone, but he hesitated. I told him I have a new car not a used car. There was no need for me to ever raise that hood. Needless to say, one of the other store manager was able to replace the missing bar. I appreciated that. More
This dealership is the best. I won’t go anywhere else. Melvin was phenomenal and walked me thru every step even setting up Bluetooth for me.
