Went to have my vehicle serviced because of a check engine light. The first service guy (Justin) told me he'd get someone to write up the issues then went to get someone else (Tim) that informed me "I engine light. How is this conducive to the customer? How does this type of service motivate me to purchase another Nissan? Now I'm beginning to see why you all are losing business on the west bank. More
