I came in this past Saturday, and Mr. Clark actually happened to be walking the lot when I pulled up. We told him I was looking to buy a new Sentra, and we asked if they had any in inventory. He immediately offered to show us all the Sentras they had available, of which there were several, and showed us the ins and outs of what they had. After test driving, I settled on a new 2022 Sentra SR. Once we started on the paperwork, Mr. Clark did everything in his power to make sure I got the best deal for my money--he helped my interest rate go down from 12.99% to 4.9% by informing me and my parents on cosigning, he made sure I got the best sales tax rate since my parents and I have very different addresses, and he informed me that there was no penalty for early payments. He also walked me through the process of getting insurance to walk off the lot. He also made sure I knew that he wasn't just my salesperson for that one day, but he was glad to be a point of contact for Ray Brandt Nissan any time I needed something at the dealership, even routine maintenance. On top of it all, he was very personable and easy to talk to for the several-hour appointment. The finance associate we spoke to, Vlad, was also very kind and knowledgeable.
