The most horrible service I’ve ever received I will never own a Nissan again due to this experience. Car was in repair for over a month yet I was only given a two day rental. I was informed my tr I will never own a Nissan again due to this experience. Car was in repair for over a month yet I was only given a two day rental. I was informed my transmission needed to be replaced and would cost me over $5,000 but coverage was “found” for it as an extended warranty. The repairs were completed w/ a recommended tune up and I was informed to come and pick up my vehicle. Due to being out of town, I paid and had a family member pick it up, but it was returned not even 10 mins later due to the transmission still not acting properly. I was informed it needed another transmission and it would be replaced at no cost to me. After a 2nd transmission was installed I was informed my vehicle still was not running properly and it was giving an error code that only one other vehicle in the nation was giving and further review was needed. I was later informed the engine mount and engine harness needed to be replaced due to battery corrosion which caused damage to the above and is the reason for all of the problems with my vehicle. I contacted Nissan Consumer Affairs and they made a decision to assist with 60 percent of the repair cost which at this point was quoted at $3500.00, and they negotiated 2 days of rental for me. I gave permission for the final repairs to take place as I was in need of my vehicle and needed it to drive back home to TX. I was informed I would receive a call once the parts were in. I was also informed I would be notified to pick up a rental/loner vehicle but I was not called at all. I had to follow up with them, as I have been this entire time. During this whole ordeal I dealt with a death in the family, and informed them of such so that my vehicle issues and poor customer service issues could be resolved, but to no avail was I offered any remorse or assistance. To conclude I ended up paying $1055 for the final repairs, was not offered any condolences or apologizes for their downfalls in the customer service and pure human decency department. The customer service I received was barbaric, to say the least. I will NEVER EVER utilize this dealership, any Ray Brandt dealership, or any Nissan Dealership ever again in this life, and I will NEVER own another Nissan as well.
