Extremely Helpful and Honest I have purchased several vehicles in my lifetime and Melvin was by far the best I've every dealt with, he was extremely helpful with no bull. I told him what I expected and what I wanted he obliged. If I hear of anyone looking to purchase a vehicle I will definitely send them his way. I always regretted dealing with car sales people because of the runaround you usually get not from Melvin it was a pleasure meeting and doing business with him. More
Unsatisfactory I’m currently awaiting a refund of my down payment. There was miscommunication, the sales man & sales manager did not pay attention to detail, but the I’m currently awaiting a refund of my down payment. There was miscommunication, the sales man & sales manager did not pay attention to detail, but the icing on the cake was the sales manager screaming at me like I was his child and like everything was my fault. We drive over an hour to spend the entire day at the dealership... from 11:15 am to 7:00 pm. Apparently, the sales manager was “doing me a favor” in getting the banks to approve a deal for me, but it was for the wrong vehicle. I test drove one car, but paper work was completed for another car, and I wasn’t made aware of that until two days later. Luckily, I was unable to drive off of the lot with car at the end of day one because even though the vehicle was insured, the vehicle’s owner was not listed as a driver on the policy. Also, the vehicle owner’s license was expired. I show up at the dealership on Friday with the assumption that I’m just picking up the vehicle, and I was wrong. It was established that I had to go the nearest location to change the vin number to the correct vehicle for the auto insurance, but first the car had to be inspected and cleaned. Then I was told the service center was putting new tires on the car so here we are already another two hours of being at the dealership, and I still was not in physical possession of the vehicle. I approached the sales manager in a calm but inappropriate language (keep in mind, staff members had been using this same inappropriate language during both days I was at dealership). That’s when he took me outside and proceeded to scream at me and blame everything on the salesman. About twenty minutes later, he tried to scam me into accepting the same price for the vehicle I originally test drove, but I was aware that the vehicle I test drove had more miles on it and cost less than the one that was purchased. He claimed it was more expensive, though. And that was it for me. We start the process for the refund, and I’m told that the accounting department wasn’t in the office, but they would handle it when they returned after the holiday. So, like I said, Im still waiting on the refund check. Despite the salesman’s mistakes, Antonio was great, and he didn’t deserve to be yelled at like a child, especially in front of everyone. My decision was final after dealing with the sales manager. More

checking on the air vent in my suv that iis broken . i was came there to get my oil change and check on my air condition vet that is broken and it cost to much just to get it fix . well let me i was came there to get my oil change and check on my air condition vet that is broken and it cost to much just to get it fix . well let me explain .it it was already broken when i got the suv but how i work i didt. bring it back in time and when it did they said it was no longer under 30 days warrents. and i told i brought it like this .so i was told to bring it back again. this saturday and my husband went try fix it and mess it up more than it was so now i have to come out of my pocket to get it fix when yall should have fix it in the frist place i got it in fed 2019 can back and told yall about it in the frist part of april said no i would have to pay for it. which was not right at all and the bumper is out of place. and now my warranty dont cover this of all the cover Ihave on this suv nothing I got seen to do anything for this suv . every thing want to come out of my pocket and it not fair to me at all . maybe i just need to bring it back to yall. and let yall have this vechile back because it not working out for me already. I love but i am not happy with the way this is going with this RAY RANDT NISSAN I WISHE I would have stay with premier nissan of metairie. I would never had this problem before with them.never again will i come back on this side .. I am disspointed with this one . Ijust want yall to know how diaappointed I am right now . More
