Messed up mechanistic I bought a brand new car in dealer, bad thing the car windshield system wasn't working at the time delivered to me. I sent my car back to service depa I bought a brand new car in dealer, bad thing the car windshield system wasn't working at the time delivered to me. I sent my car back to service department from last week, until today, still not fix yet. They're saying wait for parts to replace, and part wasn't showing up. The lady (looked like Asian)in service department didn't know anything about the car. When i brought my car to service, she just filled up some windshield fluid in and said that my car was working good with her. After a minute later, it wasn't working at all, then she said that she have to send to machinist. I wasn't coming to service for playing, I have work to do, and don't want waste time if don't need too. I want my car fix, and after all, sorry I'm not happy with this dealer at all. More

Service No fuss, no muss this was my first encounter with the service department and I only have one issue, rotation of tires for a cost of 47.00. If the tread depth was that noticeable then the tires or alignment is a problem. A car with only 6k miles on it should not have this sort of issue. More
