I walked in on a Monday morning, went on an amazing test drive, and allowed my sales man to work with my bank to come up with the perfect deal! The service was fast and efficient!... Not Perfect, On the test drive I notice the "Tire Pressure" light was on, I asked the sales man about it and he insured me he would take care of it. When I picked up the car the light was off, less than 48hrs, the light was back on. I reached out to my salesman and the issue still haven't been resolved. I believe my salesman just went and put air in the back right tire just to get the light off :( More
Fabulous Service Center! On Wednesday, August 7, 2019, I went to the Ray Brandt Nissan service center. Upon arrival I’m sure you were able to see I was slightly aggravated. A On Wednesday, August 7, 2019, I went to the Ray Brandt Nissan service center. Upon arrival I’m sure you were able to see I was slightly aggravated. And I was. After having tried multiple times to make the NissanConnect app work for my vehicle, I truly was. You, along with many on your staff, greeted me. It was you who explained the app should be easily configured by me. However, since I was having trouble you first ensured I was the owner (which was quickly verified by the nice young lady whose name has slipped my mind). Upon verification, she tried everything in her power (using my phone) to make the app work - but to no avail. She then gave me the 1-800 number to customer service to have them assist me in ironing out the kinks. Unbeknownst to me, Pete, you were doing the very thing I was doing (getting customer service on the line). You had actually gotten further than I had and invited me to your office to complete the call. This kind of service and professionalism, above and beyond the norm, deserves recognition and is most appreciated by this first time Nissan owner and therefore first time recipient of Nissan’s customer service. Keep doing what you do and I’m certain the service center will continue to run smoothly and efficiently. Thanks for everything! More
