Exceeded my expectation! So I showed up because my car said it was time for an oil change and tire rotation, when I got there I mentioned that my car was feeling a bit shaky w So I showed up because my car said it was time for an oil change and tire rotation, when I got there I mentioned that my car was feeling a bit shaky when I would brake (on the interstate mostly) but I wasn’t expecting that could be fixed that day. i also mentioned my windshield wiper fluid being low, and that was when I got excited. The man who was taking my notes sort of giggled and said “of course we’ll check on and replenish your fluids.” Then they took my car back immediately-as in NO WAIT-a representative came out and said there was a recall and they could fix it for just a little bit more of a wait, which I was also super impressed by. I brought material to study and read while I waited-but I definitely didn’t need to! There was a football game on and everyone waiting didn’t seem annoyed to be waiting. It was just generally very nice. Anyway for a few minutes more they updated a feature in my car that made me more safe, did the oil change and tire rotation I came in for, replenished all of my fluids, and fixed the (brake?) issue I mentioned when I came in! Overall just great. My only comment is: Keep up the good work! More
