Great place for an oil change I was very disappointed to learn that my long-time service advisor, Don, is no longer with Ray Brandt Nissan. Don has been my family's (and friends) I was very disappointed to learn that my long-time service advisor, Don, is no longer with Ray Brandt Nissan. Don has been my family's (and friends) go-to guy for numerous years. I could always count on Don to be upfront and honest. He never tried to sell me something I did not need, and I felt confident in what he told me. He always treated me (as well as my family & friends) as if we were his #1 customer. He will be greatly missed by all of us. If someone can let me know if Don went to another dealership, I would follow him there for any other type of maintenance Nina was accommodating, and I have no complaints. She kept me informed while my car was being serviced. She was so nice that I purchased the $199 oil change package. I will return to Ray Brandt for Oil Changes.
