Oil change I gave this rating because I went there for an oil change. The service tech said that there was a recall on the tire sensor for my vehicle. I could have the work done now or come back when it was convenient for me. I ask her how long would it take, she said about 40 minutes. I told her to do the work. She also said that I need some other work done. I told I will get it done within the next few months. More

Not all things being done While the people were friendly I keep finding that things are checked in the multipoint inspection that aren’t being done. This is the second time going to the service center that it’s checked that they fill my wiper fluid but yet within 2 days my wiper fluid is out or low. Last time they made me drive my car back to them 2 days later to prove it to them. Makes me wonder what else isn’t being done More

First, I took my car in, waited over an hour after watching other people come and go before finally asking why, and my paperwork got "lost" and other cars were being serviced before me. Second, just days before we left I had purchased 4 brand new tires for my car, the mechanic told me I needed to look at new tires because mine had wear and tear.. Um okay. Negative less than 500 miles on these. Lack of communication, felt as if because I was from out of state I was treated differently. More
