Mr. Peters, there must be some confusion regarding your oil change service here. We don't have a staff member by that name and we show your first and only visit was on Friday October 18th for an oil and filter change and free multi point inspection. Results of that inspection notated need for battery service and windshield wipers and a caution for front brakes. There are no requests, diagnoses or estimates regarding a key issue although your Carfax history shows several visits to the Nissan dealer in New Orleans east, including for key battery issues. Please contact our service manager Pete Daigle @ 504-363-1947 to discuss further and schedule a diagnostic service as needed.
