Quoted me incorrectly This is my third time at this location within 2 weeks. The first time I went, I recieved an email with a breakdown of potential issues and the costs a This is my third time at this location within 2 weeks. The first time I went, I recieved an email with a breakdown of potential issues and the costs associated with fixing said issues, and thought that was very thorough. Upon picking my vehicle up though, it still had the same problems as when I left it there. I returned twice now for the same issue and the most recent time, they called me over the phone with a quote. I agreed to the quote and work, but upon retrieving my vehicle, the price on the invoice was much larger than discussed. They also didn't forward me an email this time regarding the costs or potential issues, and they had no record of what quote was offered to me over the phone. I felt cheated for being given a much lower price over the phone and recieving a much larger bill. As to my knowledge, none of the scope of work differed from what was said to me over the phone, therefore I didn't feel as though it was fair to bill me for such a difference in cost. If there were changes to my scope of work, they should have been communicated by both phone and email as was done in the past. More

Paying Attention to Details I have been coming to this locations for some months now. Was blown away at first and spoke very highly about my experience. However, the visit befor I have been coming to this locations for some months now. Was blown away at first and spoke very highly about my experience. However, the visit before this one has gotten my mileage reading out of wack. Got my oil change and my sticker to return for another said 81000. No, I didn’t catch that and I usually look to make sure that it is correct. But when my warning to change my oil came on, this is when it caught my attention. I was over 75000 and based on sticker, this could not be. We after speaking to Nina, they recorded on last visit a 78000 number when my reading hadn’t reached that on my car yet. Then I was told that my oil change is every 3000 miles on a 2015 when I have always been told that it was every 5000 miles from location in New Orleans East. This is unacceptable. I come to representatives expecting to have the best knowledge for my vehicle. I am beginning to doubt this to be now. Hope this helps to get EVERYONE on the same page and hope that things aren’t being falsified. More
