Trying to Rip Me Off I bought my car in for service and to have my sunroof and shield on the back window that was getting stuck. Nina called later that afternoon stating s I bought my car in for service and to have my sunroof and shield on the back window that was getting stuck. Nina called later that afternoon stating service was done and that she had some bad news, my extended warranty only wanted to cover the motor and the entire shield needed to be replaced at my expense of $700. I explained to her that didn't make any sense to me, why would the shield need to be replace if the motor is bad. I had to called my extended warranty company, to get the shield covered, they also explained to me that if the motor is bad why does the entire shield needs to be replaced but they agreed to cover the expense. Next call from Nina stating I would owe for a diagnostic fee for checking the sunroof, I again asked her if my vehicle had 10 problems would each one have a diagnostic fee, she stated that most times they would help customers out and not charge, so in my case she decided I would be the one to charge. Had to call my warranty company again, was told that there should've been ONLY one diagnostic fee because it's paid hourly and both of my problems should've fall within that time frame. So do I think Nina was trying to rip me off, OF COURSE. Next issue I had to bring my car back due to the parts needing to be ordered. Returned the following Monday, I get a call from Nina stating that Nissan sent the wrong parts and that my car wouldn't be ready until Wednesday afternoon, at this point I'm not to happy, I had to ask for a rental car, make several phones calls to my warranty company to get things covered. I finally picked up my car and the receipt didn't match what I was originally given, I questioned it and was told my signature wasn't needed and once she got everything straight she would mail me a correct copy to this day still haven't received it. More

Disappointing The sales person was fantastic but the finance person was rude and unprofessional. Legitimately she felt rushed but I was in a bit of a hurry. She got all buddy and rushed out the room saying "I JUST got the folder...!" And slammed the door as she went acrossed the hall way. Our paper work was wrong...then we had to go back because she printed new paper work but it wasnt all signed. 2 days later she tells me my check wont go through. So I called the bank who says its never been attempted to be processed. Then Imentioned greasy hand prints on the headliner. Brittany told us"Oh no problem I will get it detailed when you come in to sign" She didnt even bother coming to speak with us at all. And NO WONDER when we came the detail dept was closed...a poor over all experience. More
