Very bad Service THIS WAS THIRD TIME COMING TO THE DEALERSHIP FOR THE SAME ISSUE ABOUT MY AUTOMATIC BRAKING THE VEHICLE HAS STOP ON ME ALL THREE TIMES WHICH NOTHING WA THIS WAS THIRD TIME COMING TO THE DEALERSHIP FOR THE SAME ISSUE ABOUT MY AUTOMATIC BRAKING THE VEHICLE HAS STOP ON ME ALL THREE TIMES WHICH NOTHING WAS IN FRONT OF ME AND I WAS IN DIFFERENT AREAS. I HAVE PICS OF EACH TIME THE LIGHT IS BLINKING ON THE DASH WITH THE AUTOMATIC BRAKING LIGHT . BUT AGAIN I AM TOLD NOTHING IS THE PROBLEM THE SECOND TIME BY KENNETH WHEN CONTACTED THE NISSAN MAIN COMPANY AND PER KENNETH HE WAS ADVISE JUST TO GIVE ME BACK THE TRUCK BECAUSE EVERYTHING WAS FINE PER NISSAN. THEN ON LAST MONDAY PER MY SERVICE ADVISOR CURVIN ASK ME IF I KNEW HOW THE SYSTEM (AUTOMATIC BRAKING WORKS) I WAS KIND OF MAD ABOUT THAT DUE TO THIS AIN'T MY FIRST NEW CAR SO YES I KNOW HOW IT WORK THEN HE GAVE ME A PAPER EXPLAINING HOW IT WORKS WHICH MADE ME VERY MADE BUT THEN HE PERCEIVED TO SAY THAT THE TRUCK IS FINE AND THERE'S NOTHING HE ELSE HE CAN DO PLUS THEY CHECK EVERYTHING OUT WITH THE TRUCK AND TO GIVE IT BACK TO ME . HOWEVER , THE SEAT ISSUE WHICH IS MOVING I BEEN SAYING THAT SINCE I BROUGHT THE TRUCK IN FOR THE SECOND OIL CHANGE AND THAT HASN'T BEEN FIX EITHER... I SAID SOMETHING ON LAST MONDAY ABOUT THE SEAT FEELING LIKE ITS MOVING WHILE DRIVING ESPECIALLY TURNING I WAS TOLD THEY WILL ADJUST THE SEATS BY BOLTING IT DOWN MORE BUT THE SEAT STILL MOVES LIKE NOTHING WAS DONE.. SO I HAVE BEEN STILL DEALING WITH THE SAME ISSUES SINCE I BEEN COMING TO RAY BRANDT NISSAN SINCE FOR FIRST TIME I BROUGHT THE TRUCK IN MARCH ............... OH BUT I FORGOT THE LIGHT HAS CAME ON YESTERDAY AGAIN.. SO NOW FOURTH TIMES.......... More

I just had to return and comment on how my original complaint was handled.... due to the dealership leaving a comment on reaching out to me to resolve my problems . When I went to pick up my license pl complaint was handled.... due to the dealership leaving a comment on reaching out to me to resolve my problems . When I went to pick up my license plate, I decided to speak to the general sales manager Geoffrey Roach he truly made me feel confident that my complaints were legitimate and that my salesman Eric Jackson was unprofessional and that I was truly treated unfairly and that he would get with his manager and take care of it. I truly believed this man. Well it’s been 4 weeks now and I have left him at least 5 or 6 voicemails and to my dismay no return phone call not even one. So please take my advice and don’t do business with this dealership. They are not professional and none of these gentlemen were men of their words. So beware and stay away from this dealership. If I could give 0 stars I definitely would. More

Unhelpful service department and sales staff. Came back a second day to get the new car we purchased cleaned and my original salesman was home sick.
