Thank you so much for the opportunity to listen and review our process regarding outside services from our vendors. We do not recondition aluminum wheels. Our only option to replace them. Fortunately, there are outside companies that can recondition them safely to an acceptable cosmetic level for most clients. Unfortunately, these vendors are subject to workloads from not only us, but other clients as well as having to account for local weather constraints as the do work outdoors. We apologize that you were told this was a process that you could wait for as the above, plus machining and painting or clear coating wheels is a time consuming process. This should always be a 1-2 day timeframe recommendation and we will make sure that our customers are aware of this.
