ServiceMAN RUDE RHIL after RECALL then guy messed up my car I brought my 2019 nissan sentra in a couple weeks ago for a xxxx RECALL something I never did to the car..the gofer tire changer working on electrical I brought my 2019 nissan sentra in a couple weeks ago for a xxxx RECALL something I never did to the car..the gofer tire changer working on electrical issues I was flabbergasted not a tech but a literal tire changer was placed on my car to do the recall..now the car is having power surges while driving the radio everything but the engine shuts off it surged my iphone plugged into the until multiple times my phone wont work properly now..then WHEN CAR IS SHUT OFF AND PARKED WHILE I WAS IN FRONT YARD TALKING TO NEIGHBORS THE POWER SUGE HAPPENED AGAIN AND THE RADIO AND CAR SURGED WITH RADIO BLASTING THEN IT SHUTS OFF THERE IS GROUNDING WIRE OR WIRES DISCONNECTING OR TOUCHING EACHOTHER BY THIS TIRE CHANGER MY CAR, WILL UP AND CATCH FIRE AT SOME POINT.I CALLED PHIL TODAY MAY 4 2020 AND HE WAS VERY RUDE..I TOLD HIM I CAN BRING IN SATURDAY BECAUSE I WORK MONDAY THRU FRIDAY ONLY OFF SATURDAY TO DO IT HE SAID WELL UH OH NO I CANT DO THAT WE ARE BACKED UP 2 DAYS!!!! FOR SERIOUS ISSUE!! THAT THEY MESSED UP DOING SOMETHING WRONG BADLY IT WILL CATCH A FIRE HE DID NOT CARE WHAT I TOLD HIM.. WELL YOU ALL DID THE RECALL WORK AND MESSED MY CAR UP ON A SATURDAY BUT NOW THAT IS NOW BROKEN FROM WHAT YALL DID YOU REFUSE TO FIX AN ELECTRICAL PROBLEM WHERE THE CAR TURNS ON ALL BY ITSELF AND WHEN DRIVIN AFTER THE DASH ALL SHUTS DOWN THEN YOU CANNOT SEE NOTHING ITS ALL BLACKED OUT THE CAR WILL JUMP- LIKE ITS TRYING TO STAY STARTED AND THEN SURGES ANYTHING YOU HAVE PLUGGED IN I AM IN DANGER DRIVING AS WELL AS MY KIDS I CONTACTED MY ATTORNEY ALREADY AND LET HIM KNOW WHAT PHIL THE SERVICE GUY HAS DONE TO ME WITH THIS PROBLEM..WHEN I BROUGHT THE CAR IN FOR THE RECALL IT NEVER HAD ONE SINGLE PROBLEM I DID IT FOR A PRECAUTION IT WAS NEVER BROKE THIS IS A BRAND NEW CAR!! AND HE TOLD ME YEA OK OK GO AHEAD BRING IT IN AND YOU WILL LEAVE IT HERE AND I WILL GET TO IT WHEN I CAN!!AN ELECTRICAL PROBLEM SO POWERFUL ITS SHUITTING THE CAR DOWN AND RANDOMLY POWERS IT ON WITH EVEN SITTING IN IT AND DASH RADIO EVERYTHING GOES OFF WELL WHEN THE CAR CATCHES FIRE WITH ME OR MY KIDS IN IT YOU BETTER HAVE A REAL GOOD REASON PUTTING OUR LIVES IN DANGER..PHIL CANNOT SAY HE NEVER SAID THIS BECAUSE I HAVE IT ON MY PHONE TO COVER MY SELF GOOD THING I DID HOW DARE HIM RISK ME AND MY KIDS LIFE WITH A SEVERE ELECTRICAL ISSUE BUT IF THAT WERE HIM AND HIS FAMILY HE WOULD HAVE MADE THEM STOP WORKING ON SOMEONES ELSES CAR TO JUST GET HIS IN THERE TO GET IT FIXED...I AM CONTACTING THE CORPORATE OFFICE AS WELL MY ATTORNEY ADVISED AND HE IS TAKING CARE OF THE SUIT THAT IS BEING FILED.. More
