I have always been very pleased whenever I always take my car to dealership for oil changes and I have been going for 4 years now (every since I bought my used Juke) but this time I was very disappointed bec car to dealership for oil changes and I have been going for 4 years now (every since I bought my used Juke) but this time I was very disappointed because I brag to all my friends about even getting a free car wash with my oil change but this time I did not get it. I called back later and asked why and they told me because of shortages of people working there now. Another thing I always like about taking my car to dealership is because they always give me a list of what needs to be done to my car but last time (not this time) they did not do that and I asked why and shop foreman said because they were in a meeting and did not have time to do it. This time the lady told me what is going to have to be done coming up because of mileage on my car. That usually mail me coupons I can and do use on my oil changed but they have not done that in a very long time ( at least 5 or 6 months). I am a 79 year old widow and I can use all the help I can get because the government will not help me at all. Thank you very much for your wonderful services and consideration. God Bless More
