not special waited like 2 1/2 hrs for something they said when made appointment would take 1 hr. I watched there was only a person actually working on my car for about 1 hour. Have no clue why it took so long. Person finally came out after about 2 hrs and said well its all taken apart all they have to do is put back together. I was thinking on getting a another new Maxima but now I go back to Audi which I had before Maxima because they offer drop off pick up or rent a car services. Audi used to give me newer model and I would usually buy the newer model after they loaned to me for service because I would fall in love with the car after driving and seeing newer technology in the newer car. (good marketing on car dealership) . I am Too busy to wait 2 more hours than Nissan said it would take for a recall. Nissan does not treat their higher end customers like VIP's By the way my car used to get at least a drive thru car wash and a vaccuum. More
