I had dropped off my vehicle early in the morning. When I called at the end of the day, I was told they they had a back-log and were unable to get to my vehicle. They called me early the next morning and r I called at the end of the day, I was told they they had a back-log and were unable to get to my vehicle. They called me early the next morning and reported that they had found the problem and needed to order the part. When the part came, I brought my vehicle and the work was performed in the time promised. in the end, I was satisfied and still hold a high opinion of the service department. More
Met Jody outside in front of the dealership. Told him what I was looking far and there were none out front but he said that there were some vehicles in the back.
