Usually pleased but this visit left me uneasy. Don’t have the trust in Ray Brandt I once had. A service was put in the system that wasn’t completed. Once I noticed the charge it was removed but that’s not my the trust in Ray Brandt I once had. A service was put in the system that wasn’t completed. Once I noticed the charge it was removed but that’s not my issue. Had I paid the total charges and drove off the premises it would’ve been my word against theirs. I disputed the charges because I didn’t ask for any services other than an oil change and I knew it was a service I declined. My visits are usually great. I will now have to have the service department show me the new parts installed/completed work when it takes place under my hood. I’d like to stick with Jon Sens So disappointed More
