I am disappointed in the service I received in the service department. I felt there was a lack of honesty and transparency in regard to what was wrong with my vehicle and the time it took to make th service department. I felt there was a lack of honesty and transparency in regard to what was wrong with my vehicle and the time it took to make the repairs. I feel the quality of work performed is lacking . I picked my vehicle up on Nov 16th after repairs were made. On Nov 18th, I was driving and heard a noise as if something fell from under the hood. I pulled over and saw I had a belt hanging under the vehicle. I couldn’t believe what just happened. This definitely put my safety at risk. I was grateful I was able to pull over into a parking lot. I got my vehicle towed to the dealer. They said the pulley belt came off the alternator. More

No one in the service department communicates properly with each other not the customers. I got told since it was a new car my first two oil changes were free. Then after it is serviced and done a second with each other not the customers. I got told since it was a new car my first two oil changes were free. Then after it is serviced and done a second service person comes to tell me I am done and the cost was $90. I asked about my two free oil changes since it was new and got told those are only good for 12 months. Well when the new cars have oil that last for 7000 miles and it took me over a year to do it I can’t get my first two oil changes free as promised! This is absolutely unacceptable and unbelievable that one person tells me one thing and then I get different story from some one else! More

My car was at Ray Brandt Nissan for over 2 months. It was very difficult to get consistent communication or expectations set. I brought the vehicle in for a timing issue that they were never able to It was very difficult to get consistent communication or expectations set. I brought the vehicle in for a timing issue that they were never able to completely resolve so they recommended a motor replacement. I was told my vehicle had issues that we pre-existing. However, when I took it to another mechanic the issues were resolved with a simple correction that was made to something that was done by Ray Brandt. When asked if they checked other possibilities for the issue occurring, I was advised that a tech had done so and the parts definitely needed to be replaced. I was told that they advised it was not worth repairing because there are so many issues wrong, however, I was never provided an itemization of the many issues that are supposed to exist. When asked about it, Carlos’ response was that he could probably find $20,000 worth of work that needs to be done on the car. Yet, he didn’t advise of any additional work that needs to be done. For context I drive a 2009 Nissan Murano that has 158,000 miles. I did take it to another shop and they provided a list of items to be repaired. It is no where near the number Carlos came up with.
