Managers, please hire more people! You have amazing service writers and technicians but they are overwhelmed! My second and last time getting my car serviced. I went in for an oil chan You have amazing service writers and technicians but they are overwhelmed! My second and last time getting my car serviced. I went in for an oil change that took 3 hours. It's unacceptable! No one should have to spend a day waiting for just an oil change. This particular location is awful. I've been to many locations and this one is by far the worst because of the wait time. My service writer was polite and very helpful but the wait time was out of his hands. Hopefully the managers will fix this huge problem soon or you'll continue to lose costumers. More
it tooked over 3 months to replace wires and a broken window! They never called back or give you any updates on your car, and looks like they just glued everything together. They gave all my information to Carfax and all those companies and my car is now worth less than what I actually paid to fix my car! There are scratches everywhere, pieces are not even tight enough! Plus they charged me for a battery replacement when I replaced my battery last year! Save yourself some sanity and go somewhere else! it looks like a $500 job when I actually paid $5500!! I trusted this place for being a Nissan dealership, but you might as well go to a junk yard and a get the same or better job, for less money! Considering on getting a lawyer! More

Engine malfunction light keeps coming on. Over a week before they can get to me. Don’t take appointments and can’t offer a loaner. Was disappointed that part for hatch back still not arrived. However, Mr Lennix did show me a workaround to the problem. Also, he expedited necessary oil change. Courtesy was there thru the whole proce arrived. However, Mr Lennix did show me a workaround to the problem. Also, he expedited necessary oil change. Courtesy was there thru the whole process.
