My passenger side door won't lock or unlock unless you do it manually. I called and spoke to 3 different people got three different answers. When I got to the dealership I was told that the lot behind it was all cars waiting to be looked at and it would take days to even know what is wrong with it. So I left. This car dealership has no communication skills. I went in for an oil change and I was told that it would take an hour and a half.
