I waited 5 hours just to get my tires rotated and computer checked. The worker never checked on vehicle or give me an update. Finally after 5 hours I said just give me my keys, I am leaving. I saw what looked like my vehicle finished several hours earlier. When it came time to leave-that was my vehicle which was never checked on. I don’t plan to ever go back to this Nissan dealership. Thep price listed on the web site was not the price of the truck I drove over an hour to buy. They marked it up 3 or 4 thousand dollars. Then to top it off the truck I had called about and told it was av the truck I drove over an hour to buy. They marked it up 3 or 4 thousand dollars. Then to top it off the truck I had called about and told it was available was not there but was gone to have fixed. This is a new truck I am talking about. My second choice again a new truck was there but had a flat tire. The final straw was that they assured me they could work a deal to get a truck in the.price range I wanted so I asked for thir best price. After 2 hours and 3 best prices I left. Very disappointed with the deceptive prices on the internet to get you to come in and then the condition of "new" trucks. Not to mention the games that were played. Would have.been fine if they would have just said we can't meet your requirements. More
The service department is pise poor .
