I looked at 2 Murano's, both had the cargo cover mat. so I believed I would get the mat also, but when i took delivery I was shocked to see the it did not have a cargo cover mat. After my Jeep Compass had been totaled, I had a very short amount of time to find a new car. I searched all over south Louisiana for a Nissan Juke. Premier Nissan called me back and said they had the car for me. I showed up at the dealership and while they didn't have the EXACT car for me, Jason made sure I was able to drive the car I wanted off the lot that day. He upgraded my Juke in one day [added nav, fog lights, backup camera, etc] and I got to leave with the car I wanted! I also got to leave with a $500 wal-mart gas card in my pocket. It was an all day ordeal but modifying a car isn't something I expected to be rushed. More

Rob I recently purchased a new Altima from Premier Nissan in Metairie, and it was by far the most positive vehicle-buying experience I've ever had. Rob Stine sales manager and Bennie the salesman, made everything easy. Bennie helped me locate the exact vehicle that I'd had in mind, and he was very knowledgeable with all the questions and concerns I had. Rob Stine was professional and I never felt the slightest bit of pressure when negotiating the purchase terms. The Finance manager was also very helpful, providing information on the different options and rebates available to me. The entire experience was comfortable and relaxed, and I feel like I got a terrific deal on my new vehicle. Since then, I have recommended, my mother(murano), father n law (titan), brother (pathfinder) and sister n law (armanda) to Rob, Bennie and Premier, which they all have purchased vehicles. They all received the same customer service I did. Bennie has kept in touch with me over the months, making sure there were no issues with the vehicle.. I even received a voice mail from Bennie on my birthday, wishing and singing me "Happy Birthday"..yes..he really did sing...he's a far better salesman, then singer, but..THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE..This was the best car buying experience I’ve had and I highly recommend Rob and Bennie in particular, to anyone who's looking to buy a new or used vehicle. All of my car buying experiences at Premier Nissan have been wonderful. I moved out of state a couple of years ago and continue to drive to Metairie to do business with Sales Manager Rob Stine and his team been wonderful. After the birth of my 3rd child, we decided that a mini van was the best fit for our family. I did not know much about the Quest, but Evander did an excellent demo of the features and benefits and made me comfortable with my selection. The price has always been the easiest part. Rob Stine bent over backwards for me to get me what I needed for my trade and make the deal work. Fernando was an awesome Finance manager. I was very happy with the interest rate that I was given and even got an extended warranty built in to my monthly payment. I send all of my friend and relatives to Premier. Nissan makes great vehicles and this dealership makes me feel appreciated for spending my money with them. No games here, just an easy way to buy a car More
James Kennedy was the sales associate that I bought my Nissan Maxima from. He was the BEST car salesman I have ever met! He was easy to talk to, straightforward, polite, and just a genuinely nice guy. He made the new car shopping experience so much less stressful than salesmen at other dealerships did. He told me about the different features and cars without being pushy. He gave me the opportunity to consider the information he provided. He really seemed to want to help me find the car that was right for me and the one I would be happiest in. My boss referred me to James, and I was not disappointed. James is, surprisingly and thankfully, not the typical car salesman. I will definitely recommend shopping with James Kennedy at Premier Nissan, Unfortunately, James was the ONLY polite employee I dealt with at Premier Nissan. During the negotiation process, Lee Castillo came out to try to talk the price up from what my final offer was. Lee was extremely rude. When he sat down at the table he did not even bother to acknowledge the fact that I was at the table. He only introduced himself to my parents who were merely helping me shop for the new car I was trying to buy. Even when it was pointed out that I was the one who was actually buying the car he BARELY introduced himself to me. As he sat at the table and rudely tried to negotiate a price, he BARELY spoke to me. His whole mannerism and insulting, sarcastic tone made me so mad that I nearly walked out of the dealership. There is no reason for anyone to be spoken to in such a sleazy and ill-mannered tone. He is the type of person who gives car dealerships/salesmen bad reputations. He nearly lost a sale by his disgusting and disrespectful performance. The other very unpleasant part if my experience was with Byron Lopez, the finance man. He too was extremely rude and sarcastic. He was continually rushing me through the entire process. When he told me what the monthly payment would be I was surprised that it was higher than I had anticipated. I asked what interest rate I was getting. The interest rate he gave me was higher than I expected. Byron did not like that the interest rate was questioned. I should have been told up front what interest rate I was getting without having to ask. When my parents and I thought it was possible to get a better interest rate at one of the credit unions we belong to, Byron offered to check the rates for us. While he was checking the rates he was chuckling to himself. I am not sure why he was laughing, but in hindsight it seems that he could have been laughing because he gave us the incorrect interest rates for the two credit unions he offered to check. I have no way of knowing if this was intentional or not. However, when I got home, I checked the rates and he most definitely told us incorrect information. It could have been human error, but based on the way he was talking and acting towards us, I feel that we were intentionally lied too. It also could have been that he was laughing at the show or movie he was watching while he was ‘helping’ me. Clearly helping me was very inconvenient for him. I am very aware of the fact that it was late and everyone wanted to get home, but it was not right that I felt rushed throughout the process. When I was trying to READ what I was signing, Byron should NOT have rushed me by telling me to ‘JUST SIGN’ while pointing rudely to the paper as if I was a moron. Also, while I was trying to decide if I was interested in the extra warranty options, he pulled the paper out of my hands and put it in the folder as though I had already decided against it- I had not decided anything at that point. It was VERY clear I was still reading and thinking about adding the warranty or not. He was absolutely terrible, rude, disrespectful, discourteous, and insulting in the way he spoke to both of my parents and to me. James Kennedy is the ONLY reason I bought a car that night from Premier Nissan. The other employees I spoke to were sterotypes of sleezy, disgusting car salesmen. Premier Nissan should really do a better job training their employees. I think it would prove beneficial to both the customers and Premier Nissan to allow James to handle the entire car purchasing process, I know I would have felt a lot better throughout the process. There is NO reason for any customer at Premier Nissan to be treated discourtesly, laughed at or lied to. This type of behavior by the employees of Premier Nissan will surely have a negative affect on the reputation of the company. While I am very happy with my car, and my salesman James Kennedy, I am extremely disappointed by the rest of the experience. I will be certain that any recommendations I give for Premier Nissan include two stipulations: that James Kennedy should be the salesnab and that any financing should not be done through Premier Nissan. More
