Visited the dealership to view the inventory on hand to help decide the vehicle I wanted. The young salesman I worked with at first was very friendly. However when they realized I was not there to make a help decide the vehicle I wanted. The young salesman I worked with at first was very friendly. However when they realized I was not there to make a purchase that day I was handed off to another salesman named Benny. I have purchased 17 cars in the last 20 years for myself and helped numerous family members with there purchases as I am a car enthusiast Benny is without a doubt the worst sales person I have ever been in contact with. I returned to the dealership less then a week later as after visiting several other dealers Premiere Nissan had the vehicle In the color and packages I was looking for. In the process of completing the deal Benny lied to me three times as he attempted to manipulate the numbers of the vehicle and my trade. Benny became very irate when after the third lie I asked to speak to his manager. Benny even got to the point that he felt it was neccasary to insult me. The experience seemed to get a little better when dealing with Tim the general manager until I got into finance. I was told in finance that I would not be getting the promotional rate of 2.9% that I qualified for due to the price I was paying for the car. That if I wanted the car it would be at 5.69%. At this point I just wanted to leave. But I had gotten a call from my credit union while in finance and they approved me for 1.9%...... In this process I. Visited Nissan of Slidell as well as Eric Hill Nissan. While neither had the car in stock the service as well as the attitudes were 100 times better then at Premiere. I hope Troy Duhon can get a handle on the issues at his Nissan dealership. If you can avoid Premiere then do yourself a favor and do so. You will have a much better experience elsewhere More
We test drove 3 cars. All with very low miles, in great shape inside and out. All vehicles had a paper protective service mat on the drivers side floor. We found a car we really liked with a few minor scra shape inside and out. All vehicles had a paper protective service mat on the drivers side floor. We found a car we really liked with a few minor scratches on the outside. Price offer agrred so they took it to have it cleaned up for us. New paper service floor protector mat in place on drivers side. We bought it & took it home. Very happy . The next day I went to drive it. I removed the paper mat. OMG there was a huge hole in the carpet mat that not only went all the way through it - but through the actual carpeting of the car. We emailed / called complaining of this blatent concealment by the dealership. But of course to no avail. They are not going to do a thing aboout it! It was up to us to look under it before wee bought it. We have a car with 130,000 miles on it with no huge holes in the carpet. stains yes/ holes no. Why would we suspect an otherwise new perfect looking car to have such damage?! Premier Nissan Gives Used car sale the typical bad name! & yes the carpet ( not the mat) damage would have been a deal breaker for us. More
I have never dealt with this dealership and didn't know what to expect.Terry Carter,my salesperson was wonderful.He took his time and explained everything in detail about the car.I was very satisfied know what to expect.Terry Carter,my salesperson was wonderful.He took his time and explained everything in detail about the car.I was very satisfied with his presentation of the car and information about the dealership being the #1 in the state and #4 in the country.The finance salesperson took his time with me and went over different payment scenerios so that I could get the monthly payment I wanted.He was calm,did not rush me and explained all questions asked.I was very satisfied with my experience. Our(my wife and I) experience was truly a pleasurable one. Mr. Todd Boudreaux was very hospitable, courteous, and knowledgable. He throughly explained all the details of the vehicle(Rouge) and worked w one. Mr. Todd Boudreaux was very hospitable, courteous, and knowledgable. i had an awful experience and wil not recommend them to any. after spending half of my saturday at the dealership with a preapproval from capital one bank i was told that my interest rate would be 15% (i w any. after spending half of my saturday at the dealership with a preapproval from capital one bank i was told that my interest rate would be 15% (i was approved at 9.5%) and my car note would be $585.00. i refused this and left the dealership at 9:15 pm. the salesman and finance dept did not even tell the person trying to close my sale that i was even preapproved. I also received a phone call from Louis on monday at which time he proceeded to tell me that i was trying to buy a car that i could not afford and my car note would never be what i wanted. that i should accept that a buy something within my budget and a cheaper car.. this was the worst sales call i have ever received in my life.. i told my business to another dealership and got exactly what i wanted with my preapproval and my car note is exactly what i wanted it to be. management needs to evaluate what their sales people are doing to possible customers..... awful experience More

We were looking at a Rogue and the Juke. Nick was ver patient showing us borh cars. In the end we decided on the Rogue since it was the better fit for us. For car shopping, i have visited so many dealers but this one i won't forget. But can't help got stuck for my stupid mistake and trusting them that they help me but instead they screwed me and i got stuck wi one i won't forget. Was not interested in buying the car but those people put the car on my name and everything infront of me bcoz in error i signed the paper. Was not happy with service and happy with dealer and not happy with the price that i am paying right now, as i qualified for much better price. Just happy with the car, as i was looking for only this car to buy.. PREMIER SUCKS.. More
