I finally went in to Premier to meet with Gloria and she welcomed me. She knew I was trying to get out of my previous vehicle and she did everything in her power to make it happen. Donna never again We went there to look at a Nissan rouge. The one we went there for was on line. When we got there and saw it it had dents and a broken windshield . Any way everything was going great then it came to money . Our sales guy pulls out a sheet of paper plain paper we started exchanging numbers . We went back and forth so finally came to an agreement . He said could you sign this sheet we agreed on I said yes, so he brought it to his manager Walter who signed and agreed also . We went into financing after 5 hours of being there . Had my 5 year old and 15 year old who are now irrated and ready to leave . I took for granted everything was in the paper work. I never do this I signed got home rested and read the sheet what we agree to was not on there it was 1900 less that he was giving me for my car. So when I went in the next day I had agreed to bring 6100 cash I told him where's the original paper we agreed to he said what paper like I made this up I said well I don't owe you 6100 then because that was in the paper also . So he proceeded to get ugly and so did I . Walter said there is no cooling off period your stuck . I said like xxxx ! It's not about cooling off or changing your mind . I like the car but you cannot change the money in the paper work. That is legal cause not cooling off that is illegal practices. I threatened to call my lawyer . That is very much worth fighting sleazy people like this . If you buy here check all prices and totals on your paper work. They try to say oh it's in your tax crap. It's not that's more of away to rip you off. I would just steer clear of this dealer ship . Bill hood in hammond are wonderful and service is great I bought there before . Worst customer service I went in to look at a rogue. The first day we went everyone was extremely friendly but I wasn't getting the price I felt that I needed to hear. Told benny that I would think about it and contact him. 3 days later we phoned him in the am telling him that we were still interested and would be back. Benny said it was fine that he would see us later. WHY I showed up when I said I would and he walks us over to a board telling us he sold his car. What kind of customer service. Someone that was ethical wouldve called. If this is the great customer service you are looking for please go to premier! More

Never Again On March 30 I asked for a quote for a new Versa. I went to the dealership on the 31 Travis showed me the car. So I was unable to check it. But once I got home I checked it and the price they charged me they offered in the email the price of the top of the line Versa. So I went back to ask questions I was given 3 different answers. The last one was they lost 156 on my sale. No way in the world would a business lose money just to make a sale break even maybe but not lose. During the sale I was offered an IPAD that would be ready when the check cleared.Now it's almost a month and I text Travis. No answer go there it won't be in until Friday. Today is Saturday I go there aga wait 30 min to be told it's still not in. Never Again More
I negotiated a price with Daak over the phone yesterday, and included the facts that I was paying cash and registering the vehicle in my home state of Wisconsin. He then asked if I could provide my credit card for a deposit to hold the car until today. I provided that information, and proceeded to my bank to get the cashiers check for the balance. However, right before I was leaving to pick up the car today, Daak called me and told me he would no longer sell me the car at that price. After speaking with his manager Jerry, I was told I would have to pay an additional $1100 for the car which I already put down a $5000 deposit on. This is a fraudulent business practice and I have reported it to corporate Nissan. More
Will took his time showing the car and he was very friendly. There was no pressure from him or sales hype. Craig and Will work out a very good deal for me and was very fair on my trade in. I am extremely happy with my experience at Premier Nissan and will recommend them to anyone I know who is looking for an automobile. More
