Then he told me it came with a lifetime warranty. Well, when you get to the finance guy he basically says that the warranty is useless and has a high deductible. I should buy another warranty, that I assume he gets commission off of. I've had to go back for service 3 times and each time is horrible with the run-around they give you. there's so much more to the story I could tell you. Dishonest business It is a dishonest business because we have been charged twice for fixing the same problem within two days. They fixed the problem, charged us almost $1,000 for the repair, and the car started again. But two days later the car did not start again. We brought it in, certain that we would not have to pay because of warranty. But we did have to pay additional $300 to get it fixed for the second time. Their explanation? We fixed everything that needed to be fixed to run your car, so you need to pay for it al. Really? So, you could not determine the real problem the first time and we have to pay for it? More
