Oil change technician sucks, did not take old sticker off windshield and when parked truck at my house I found oil dripped onto my drive way leaving a stain. I haven’t even had any chance to get pass Marva at the desk to be transferred she has a HORRIFIC attitude! Im not sure why she is being sooo RUDE to me! I am currently still on the phone trying to get thr desk to be transferred she has a HORRIFIC attitude! Im not sure why she is being sooo RUDE to me! I am currently still on the phone trying to get through I’ve called a total of 14x she has hung up in my face 7 of those times and the other 7 letting the phone just ring! If this is what I’m getting before I even attempt to come in for purchase, I can only imagine if I was there! She is literally running away a potential customer, well customers! So if I would have to base my customer experience through her I would NOT RECOMMEND anyone to shop with them!!!!! More
I am always well treated and everyone is helpful BUT a better way to access the dealership physically is needed - there are cars sitting everywhere with no direction on who’s next. Brought vehicle in for check engine light and after diagnostics were completed, My Service department advisor stated repair was covered under warranty so I authorized the repairs. Nearly two weeks lat diagnostics were completed, My Service department advisor stated repair was covered under warranty so I authorized the repairs. Nearly two weeks later when repairs were completed, service manager stated parts not covered and the repairs would cost me $1200 when completed. Refused to release my vehicle until I paid the $1200 ransom. filed a complaint with Nissan consumer affairs. Still waiting on a resolution. I will never visit Premier Nissan again. More
I waited 5 hours just to get my tires rotated and computer checked. The worker never checked on vehicle or give me an update. Finally after 5 hours I said just give me my keys, I am leaving. All of a computer checked. The worker never checked on vehicle or give me an update. Finally after 5 hours I said just give me my keys, I am leaving. All of a sudden my vehicle was finished. I saw what looked like my vehicle finished several hours earlier. When it came time to leave-that was my vehicle which was never checked on. I don’t plan to ever go back to this Nissan dealership.
