I came in for 15,000 mile service on my 2017 Rouge. I had to wait about five minutes before even being acknowledged. I got out of the car to speak to June and she said to wait. Lack of communication When I dropped off my vehicle for a routine oil change, I was quoted a time of an hour and a half. However, the hour and a half turned into 3 hours.
