Average service First car I bought my trade in was not paid off until I went back to the dealer and talked to the manager. Salesman(DOC) told us he wouldn’t help us because he’s not finance. He was a terrible salesman. Bought another car due to good price and good trade in value. First service the steering wheel and door had grease on a leather interior. Also found the face to the radio scratched but was told that was already scratched when it came in. There are some good employees there.(Mr. Brown) but the service is terrible. Go somewhere else. More

Dorian kept telling me I was getting $7700 for my trade in but I actually got $7k for it, which is saving 700 in taxes. It's a sales tactic they trick you with. Then he told me it came with a lifetime warranty. Well, when you get to the finance guy he basically says that the warranty is useless and has a high deductible. I should buy another warranty, that I assume he gets commission off of. I've had to go back for service 3 times and each time is horrible with the run-around they give you. there's so much more to the story I could tell you. Great experience I brought my daughter there just to look to see what they had on the lot. We weren’t planning on buying one without my husband present. We told him what we were looking for in a vehicle. Within minutes, he had found us a car. She test drove it & loved it. Everyone there was so friendly & personable. They even brought us drinks & offered snacks. Sam made the buying experience so easy & hassle free. He stayed with us throughout the entire process from start to finish, making sure we were taken care of. We went with the intentions to only browse but left there that night with the exact make, model & color car my daughter wanted & all for a great price! The manger was very kind and explained details to me kindly I sent in my Nissan Xtreea for service because the rear window regulator didn't work properly.
