I will need new tires soon, and I was told that there would be an upcoming tire sale that I could take advantage of. I was happy to be informed of that. I also appreciate that they have a shuttle service to bring me home while service was performed and then pick me up when service completed. More

Lack of communication When I dropped off my vehicle for a routine oil change, I was quoted a time of an hour and a half. However, the hour and a half turned into 3 hours. During this time, a customer came up to me and rold me that she hoped that I get out of here soon. While the workers would pass on you and not say a word. Only after I complain did someone apologize for my wait, but not before. This was the worest experience that I ever had when getting my oil change. More
