Avoid at all costs. This was my first car purchase ever, and it was an overall very unpleasant one. I purchased an 05 Toyota Highlander at Premier Nissan. I was told their inspection showed absolutely nothing wrong. So due to my lack of experience and the sales team's pressures that the car was going to sell if I didn't, I jumped on the purchase. The next day, my mechanic tells me that there's a horrible grinding from the alternator, as well as an oil leak. The bill? $1500. Moral of the story, don't trust Premier Nissan and get a dang pre purchase inspection. More
Great people, great service advisor, great service. Even though it took a little longer than expected, my A/C was fixed just right. While I waited, there was free coffee, snacks, and bottled water. Not a simple oil change! I am disabled and have difficulty sitting or standing for periods of time. I was told if I made an appointment, my wait time would be significantly l I am disabled and have difficulty sitting or standing for periods of time. I was told if I made an appointment, my wait time would be significantly less. My wait time was over 2 hours. That is ridiculous! When I asked the staff and explained why I had made this appointment, there were rude and uncaring and unsympathetic. I have many choices in which I can have my oiled changed, Premier Nissan should definitely not be a choice! More
