My transmission went out on my car and I was out of warranty. I was literally in a jam. They went above and beyond to help me get into a better vehicle that I absolutely love and provided me with assurance that I would not have an overwhelming note and they did just that (thank God). Every single person in that dealership showed genuine concern and care about my needs. Who ever owns this place should be honored to have staff as such operating their business. I will always highly recommend Premier Nissan. This is where I purchased my very first car and now lastest! Benny (salesmen) has a great spirit and walking into a dealership with the stress of a transmission cost on my back I was greeted with respect and assurance that I would be in a better situation leaving out than coming in! This salesmen went above and beyond my expectations. Kevin and D’Lanor were both really amazing in ensuring I had the best financing situation. Even when I was in Parts and Services, Charles and Lisa went above and beyond to help me get better options for trying to repair the car. Super happy with everything no complaints who ever! Fraudulent behavior! This was the worst car-buying experience I have ever had. The car I purchased had a serious mechanical defect, and I am almost certain the dealer was This was the worst car-buying experience I have ever had. The car I purchased had a serious mechanical defect, and I am almost certain the dealer was aware of the problem, and chose not to fix it, and concealed it from me at the time of the sale. They also tried to sell me a worthless vehicle service contract for more than $2,000, evidently hoping it would cover the problem they had concealed from me. This is fraudulent behavior. They also lost my deposit check, causing me to incur a fee at my bank, then promised to re-imburse me for that amount. Six weeks later, and they have yet to do so. This experience was extraordinarily disappointing, and I would not advise anyone I know to do business with this dealership. More
