Thursday I was turned away from my second free oil change and tried again today, Saturday. Again I was turned away. Frustrated I went to a local car shop to get an oil change. After agreeing on a sales price with Salesman Jacob and his manager on a certified used 2020 Nissan Titan, Jakob asked me to fill out a credit application. Thank you Premier Nissan of Metarie for giving my credit score a hard inquiry and not honoring the deal you promised me. This was by far the most incompetent car dealership I have ever dealt with in my entire life. When You make a deal with someone and then break it, that makes you dishonest and incompetent.
