I got my first (5000 mile) oil change and rotation. I went in for my first 5000 mile service. It was busy but I was out in about an hour. The service adviser Melady Perdue was very friendly and an explained that since this was my first visit and it was a new truck that I purchased at Premier, that this service and the next would be free, she advised that they were busy and it might take an hour and a half. I waited in the waiting area where I enjoyed a cup of coffee and pastry. Everyone who works there was friendly and helpful. My truck was ready in about an hour. There was a company meeting this day and Melady was pretty much working by herself, and I watched as this young lady got to each customer as soon as she could and took the time to attend to their needs. She's a real assett to your team. More

Great service My engine light came on while driving my Nissan rogue. I went to the dealer on new years eve to get it checked. My service advisor Melady Perdue was very nice and helpful with getting my car pulled to the back and analyzed! After a short while she told me that the issue was an active grill and that the vehicle was safe to drive back home to Texas. I would recommend this dealership to anyone! The service was excellent!
