Disorganized, unprofessional, and a fist fight I walk into the service area and I am not greeted. When I ask the people at the service desk for help they ask me who my appointment is with instead o I walk into the service area and I am not greeted. When I ask the people at the service desk for help they ask me who my appointment is with instead of helping me look it up. (I’m lucky I had the email on my phone, because I did not remember). The woman at the service desk remarks that I am lucky I have the person I have to help me because she “hates” most of the others. I sit down in the waiting room (no one offered me water, but I ended up grabbing some because I saw it) and next thing I know, I see people running. Apparently a fist fight broke out in the front of the store and some of the service people either wanted to go see it or wanted to go help. Customers were getting out of the way saying they were going to call the police. After that settled down everything was pretty normal. My one positive is that they wash your car before bringing it back to you. Melady (my service agent) was nice, but it seemed like she was the only one working so she was running around and was hard to get in contact with and no one else was helpful. It was like she was running the whole place by herself. To clarify, Melady was great- but everyone else and the atmosphere was just stressful. More

However, brought my car in to be serviced today and had EXCELLENT SERVICE from Ronald and the rest of the service department staff. This is the BEST service department. The staff is always very nice, they explain everything before any work is done on your vehicle, and they give you updates as you wait. The waiting area is always comfortable. The cashier is pleasant and goes over your bill to make sure you understand what you’re paying for. No complaints with service department. I would give them 5 STARS!!! More

I got my first (5000 mile) oil change and rotation. I went in for my first 5000 mile service. It was busy but I was out in about an hour. The service adviser Melady Perdue was very friendly and an explained that since this was my first visit and it was a new truck that I purchased at Premier, that this service and the next would be free, she advised that they were busy and it might take an hour and a half. I waited in the waiting area where I enjoyed a cup of coffee and pastry. Everyone who works there was friendly and helpful. My truck was ready in about an hour. There was a company meeting this day and Melady was pretty much working by herself, and I watched as this young lady got to each customer as soon as she could and took the time to attend to their needs. She's a real assett to your team. More
