Unlike Other dealerships they didn’t fast talk me or force me to just get any car just to make a sell. They all took their time and worked with me to find the car I wanted. Disorganized, unprofessional, and a fist fight I walk into the service area and I am not greeted. When I ask the people at the service desk for help they ask me who my appointment is with instead o I walk into the service area and I am not greeted. When I ask the people at the service desk for help they ask me who my appointment is with instead of helping me look it up. (I’m lucky I had the email on my phone, because I did not remember). The woman at the service desk remarks that I am lucky I have the person I have to help me because she “hates” most of the others. I sit down in the waiting room (no one offered me water, but I ended up grabbing some because I saw it) and next thing I know, I see people running. Apparently a fist fight broke out in the front of the store and some of the service people either wanted to go see it or wanted to go help. Customers were getting out of the way saying they were going to call the police. After that settled down everything was pretty normal. My one positive is that they wash your car before bringing it back to you. Melady (my service agent) was nice, but it seemed like she was the only one working so she was running around and was hard to get in contact with and no one else was helpful. It was like she was running the whole place by herself. To clarify, Melady was great- but everyone else and the atmosphere was just stressful. More
