Not great experience Experience took 5 hours..and I paid cash!!! Salespersons nice but did not give much info about car. The prep on car was terrible...floor under mats was full of gravel...papers left in glove box and console. Car and windows were cleaner before prep. Asked if warranty mattered if I had oil changed at Nissan. No response. I can read books but I do not know if car is equipped with stuff. More

Service Exceeded Expectations Lisa Pela at Premier Nissan is amazing! My Pathfinder was in for an A/C issue. I had bought from another dealership and couldn’t find my Extended Warr Lisa Pela at Premier Nissan is amazing! My Pathfinder was in for an A/C issue. I had bought from another dealership and couldn’t find my Extended Warranty info. Once we had the warranty info, Lisa fast tracked my repairs and had my overpriced rental rate reduced. Lisa even gave her personal cell number to make communication easier. Because of Lisa, I will look at Premier Nissan for my next vehicle purchase. Premier Nissan, what ever you are paying Lisa Pela, it’s not enough! More

The service lady June was very nice I have a leased car, my second rogue but the service dept has been very disappointing for this car and my last rogue. My last rogue the battery went dead and I was told it would be 3-4 hours to replace. It was under warranty but because of the time element I went to a different establishment and paid to have it replaced Today, it took over an hour to tell me the tire could not be patched, I needed a new tire but didn’t have one 😢 They also said I didn’t have a tire warranty but I also was never asked if I wanted one when I leased this car about 2 months ago. I thought everything was under warranty More

Point system is a joke! After spending over $3,000 on my last trip at Premier it took 3 trips for the mechanic to figure out the problem. Today's trip was $465.84 and I was o After spending over $3,000 on my last trip at Premier it took 3 trips for the mechanic to figure out the problem. Today's trip was $465.84 and I was only allowed to use a set amount of my points earned, (the clerk graciously offered to check with the service manager to see if he would approve above the 50 point max and permit her to credit 100 points to my bill. The service manager would only allow her to credit 75 points to my bill., which leaves me with a balance of roughly 85 points. Really, in today's world, the 25 extra points would have made an huge impression about the dealership ... but, with the service manager being so stingy, it did the opposite. Evidently this practice has been approved before, otherwise the clerk wouldn't have reached out for permission. I am certainly, glad I decided to reconsider the major repair on my car, (over $3,000.00 per June, service rep.), and shop for a new car ... Its certainly makes me wonder if I want to deal with a dealership that doesn't look out for their customer. More
