Horrible from the service department to the salesmen and saleswoman. The employees need to be trained in such a way they don’t appear to be so new and the service department needs to be more honest and not saleswoman. A happy customer is a customer who will return and advise people to shop with you all. But as my credit increase and my financial situation gets better I won’t be shipping with Premier Nissan. More
One thing I noticed , as I drove my car in I didn’t see any one . I have to ask for help. where other dealerships as soon as you pull in , there is one to great you and to take your order ,other than that any one . Corburator busted June, my Consultant, is fabulous. In the 10 years I have had my car and had to bring it in for service, I would say 90% of the time the parts needed June, my Consultant, is fabulous. In the 10 years I have had my car and had to bring it in for service, I would say 90% of the time the parts needed were NOT in stock and would take several days to install. This is not good. It has happened too, too much. More

Do not buy your car here! I serviced my car here that I bought from this dealership in July, do to brake noise and mentioned the leaking in the trunk. It has been one week and I serviced my car here that I bought from this dealership in July, do to brake noise and mentioned the leaking in the trunk. It has been one week and my brakes are still making noise after I paid for a flush and now have lost everything in my trunk. I woke up to my left light fried because of the amount of water inside. I call the service department who I thought would honor their work, well they didn’t. I am expected to pay to have the trunk leak inspected and to have it fixed. This is robbery. I can’t believe how many things have gone wrong with this car since I bought it here. Thanks for nothing guys, bad business!!!! Not happy with this dealership! More
