Horrible from the service department to the salesmen and saleswoman. The employees need to be trained in such a way they don’t appear to be so new and the service department needs to be more honest and not saleswoman. Corburator busted June, my Consultant, is fabulous. In the 10 years I have had my car and had to bring it in for service, I would say 90% of the time the parts needed June, my Consultant, is fabulous. In the 10 years I have had my car and had to bring it in for service, I would say 90% of the time the parts needed were NOT in stock and would take several days to install. This is not good. It has happened too, too much. More
