I was extremely upset when I tried to buy a new tire and the tire key lock didn’t work. I was stranded in Slidell and it took me 3 hours to get home Sunday. I had to pay 94 dollars for a tow truck. This will be the last time I ever bring my vehicle to premier Nissan of Metairie I brought my car in for an oil change, tire rotation,and to have my rear wiper blade replaced. I was lucky enough to get my neighbor to come pick me up because the last 2 times I went there it took over 3 hours for my oil to get changed and one was with an appointment, today I did not have time to sit there for 3 hours I received a phone call at 2:15pm that my car was ready I stood in the cashier line for quite some time because the lady in front of me was having some kind of an issue and believe me that line was getting longer and longer it is now 4pm and I am just getting home from Nissan and I only live 5 to 6 miles away. As far as my wiper blade it looks like they replaced it with some kind of digital wiper blade I did not ask for. That should have been consulted with me first because it cost me $26.00. Why can’t people just get what they ask for, so that is why I will give someone else my business from here on out!! More
