Dropped my car off on Thursday morning at 9:30 as it was having issues starting. I was told there was a 24 hour turn around. By sat I hadn't heard anything, so I called. I was informed my service guy was off and wouldn't be back until Monday and that my car hadn't even been looked at. Called back Monday and spoke with my service guy and he stated that my car hadn't been looked at as they only have one diagnostic guy but he was going to look into it and call me back in an hour. He did that and determined that the issue was my 2 year old battery needed to be replaced. Needless to say, I went without my vehicle for 5 days over a battery. More
They were very professional during all my conversations. I may have been irate but they were never out of order with me. Not happy about how long my car was out of commission but I do understand why as wee I may have been irate but they were never out of order with me. A car we purchased from Premier Nissan was totaled in an accident. We have been reaching out for weeks with zero response to settle our claim. We purchased Gap and Security Plus with the car. No one in the Finance Department will answer a call or return messages. They are literally the sole hold up to have Gap pay their portion as we need to cancel the contract plus receive a copy of the dealer invoice. Both items should be easy for a dealership to do, especially for a customer who has purchased 4 vehicles from them. More
