The service advisor was very professional, the problem was after I left my truck for 5 hours, i payed $380.01, that included oil system cleaner, synthetic oil booster rotate my tires, replace air filter a was after I left my truck for 5 hours, i payed $380.01, that included oil system cleaner, synthetic oil booster rotate my tires, replace air filter and cabin filter, replaces my wiper blades, brake fluid flush, radiator fluid flush, I payed for it, the mechanic didn’t replace my wiper blades, didn’t replace engine air filter and cabin filter, didn’t rotate my tires and also didn’t flush any of the fluids, i payed for those services and the mechanic didn’t do it, and also for a frontier 4.0l, the engine use 5w30 thats what the manufacturer manual says and they put 0w20. I want my money back More

I'd give zero stars if I could. KEEP THIS IN MIND: When you go to Premier Nissan watch the "lowball" they give for your trade-in. I will never go to Premier Nissan again. Kelley Blue Book had my 2016 SV you go to Premier Nissan watch the "lowball" they give for your trade-in. I will never go to Premier Nissan again. Kelley Blue Book had my 2016 SV with 35000 miles for $18,000-20,000 trade-in. We replaced the a/c at the dealership in June of 2020 for $1200. It's broken again. Apparently low grade junk for replacement. So they "lowballed" (their word) trade-in from $19,000 to $10,000 because they harped that the $1200 a/c needs replacement. $19,000 minus $1,200 = $17,800. Plus we had to sit at a table for 1-1/2 hours to learn this finally from the salesman who never even gave us his name the whole time. Never again. More
